Game Format

Timed rounds will be used to ensure all 6 players participate.
No-ad scoring applies at deuce.
Players must follow the assigned rotation and keep changeovers brief.
Late players will join the current rotation and will not receive additional playing time.

Important Reminders

Players should arrive ready to play and on time.
This is a match-play session, not a beginner lesson.
Proper tennis attire, footwear, equipment, and good sportsmanship are required.
The host may adjust round duration as necessary to keep the session within the booked 2-hour period.

PLAYER LEVEL

This session is intended specifically for INTERMEDIATE PLAYERS who can:

• Serve consistently and start points independently
• Maintain rallies
• Understand tennis scoring
• Play doubles positioning and basic strategy
• Participate in competitive doubles games without continuous coaching

This is a match-play session and not a beginner tennis lesson.

BALL BOY INCLUDED

A ball boy is included in the session to assist with retrieving and managing tennis balls and help keep matches moving efficiently.

BOOKING, CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

ALL BOOKINGS ARE FINAL.

• No refund for cancellations.
• No refund for no-shows.
• No rescheduling is allowed.
• A player who arrives late will join the session based on the current rotation and will not receive additional playing time to compensate for missed rounds.
• The two-hour booking period will not be extended because of late arrival.

By booking, the participant acknowledges and accepts these conditions.

PLAYER SAFETY & RESPONSIBILITY

Participation in tennis and other physical activities involves inherent risks, including possible falls, collisions, strains, injuries, or damage to personal property.
Players participate voluntarily and are responsible for determining whether they are physically fit to play, using appropriate tennis footwear and equipment, and taking reasonable precautions for their own safety.
Players are also responsible for their own rackets, bags, mobile phones, valuables, vehicles, and other personal belongings.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the host, organizer, court operator, staff, and representatives shall not be responsible for injuries, loss, or damage arising from the ordinary risks associated with participation in the game or from loss or damage to personal belongings.
By joining the session, each player confirms that they understand and voluntarily accept the ordinary risks associated with playing tennis.
