How long is a court booking?
Courts book in blocks of 2 hours. There is no daily limit — book as many blocks as are free.
How far ahead can I book?
Members see the whole of the current calendar month. Everyone else sees the current released week, and the booking page shows when the next one opens.
How do I pay?
Pick your court and time, send the exact amount by bank transfer or e-wallet using the reference shown, then upload the receipt. Your court is held for 10 minutes while you do it.
My court was released before I could pay. What happened?
The hold ran out. Nothing is charged and nothing is held against you — the slot simply went back on sale. Book it again if it is still free.
Why is my booking still not confirmed?
A person checks every receipt by hand. Outside staff hours it waits until someone is back at the desk. You get an email the moment it is confirmed — you do not need to send it again.
Can I get a refund?
No. Bookings are non-refundable once paid, including for cancellations and no-shows. The exception is a session Pasig G2Play Tennis Park cancels, where you are offered a credit or a full refund.
Then why cancel at all?
It frees the court for someone else, and for members it keeps the session off your record. It does not return your payment.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Add their name when you book so the desk knows who to expect. The booking stays yours and you pay for it. It earns them nothing towards a passport stamp, rating or match record — for that they need their own account.
Can I give my booking to someone else?
Yes, but tell us first so the name at the desk matches who turns up.
What does membership actually get me?
The whole calendar month of the booking calendar, while everyone else sees one week at a time. That is the benefit: first pick of the popular hours. Court time is charged at the usual rate either way, and open plays and clinics are paid per session.
When does membership end?
On the last day of the month, whenever you bought it. Everyone renews on the 1st. Buy mid-month and you get the rest of that month.
Why can I not buy a membership?
There are only 14 in total. When they are all taken the page says so — message us and we will tell you when one frees up.
Why can I not join a particular session?
Some are limited to a skill class. If it is marked "only", you need that class to join and the page says so before you try. If it is marked "level", it is a guide and anyone may join.
How do I get a Skills passport stamp?
Attend enough clinic sessions of the same skill and your coach stamps it. Only sessions attended on your own account count.
How does the leaderboard work?
Play an eligible match, one player submits the score and the opponent confirms it. Only verified results from official sessions count — practice and ordinary court bookings do not.
