How to book a lesson
- Book a court for the time you want, and pay for it.
- Once the venue verifies your payment, an “Add a coach” option appears on that booking in My Bookings.
- Request a coach — only coaches free at that time are offered. They accept, suggest a price, or decline.
- Pay the coach directly once they accept, the way they ask (their GCash, cash…). When the coach confirms it, the lesson is locked in.
What "in-house coach" means
In-house coaches are independent coaches that Pasig G2Play Tennis Park has approved to teach on its courts. They aren't employees of the venue — each lesson is an arrangement between you and the coach.
- Coach fees are paid to the coach, not the venue. The venue doesn't collect, hold or refund them.
- Cancellations and no-shows — by the coach or by you — are settled with the coach. The venue isn't responsible for them.
- Your court booking is with the venue and follows its booking policy.
