Booking Policy
Who can book
Anyone with a player account at G2Play Sports can book a court. You need a verified email address and a mobile number we can reach you on, because a booking is a commitment of court time.
Court time
Courts are booked in blocks of 2 hours. You may book as many blocks in a day as are available.
How far ahead you can book
Members can see and book the current calendar month, which resets on the 1st. Everyone else can book the current released week; the next week opens at the time shown on the booking page.
Holding and paying
Choosing a court holds it for 10 minutes so you can pay. Send the exact amount, use the reference shown, and upload your receipt within that window. If nothing arrives, the hold is released automatically and the court goes back on sale. A booking is only confirmed once a person here has checked the payment.
Booking for someone else
You may book in another person's name. The booking remains yours: you pay for it, it appears in your bookings, and you are responsible for it. Nothing from that booking counts towards the other person's Skills passport, leaderboard rating or match record — for that they need their own account.
Transfers
A booking may be handed to another player. Tell us before the session so the name at the front desk matches who arrives.
Cancelling
Cancel at least 24 hours before the session so someone else can use the court. Cancelling later, or not turning up, still counts as court time used.
Questions about a specific booking should go to g2play.sports@gmail.com.
Court Policy
Your time on court
Your block starts and ends on the clock, not when you step on. Arrive warmed up and ready, and come off promptly — the next players are usually already waiting. Courts book in blocks of 2 hours.
Shoes
Non-marking tennis shoes, no exceptions. Running shoes and street shoes mark and pit the surface, and staff will ask you to change or to leave.
What to bring
Your own racket and balls, unless you have arranged otherwise. Water in a closed container. Anything hired from us is yours until it is handed back.
Keeping the court playable
No food courtside. Nothing but water on the playing surface. Bin your litter and take your gear with you — the court should look untouched when you leave.
Sharing the space
Stay on your own court. If a ball gets away, wait for a break in the neighbouring point before retrieving it, and call out before stepping across. Keep coaching, music and celebration at a level that does not carry two courts over.
Who plays, and who pays
You are welcome to bring guests — but one booking is one payment, and it is the person who booked who pays it. We do not split a court between players at the desk, and we do not take part-payments from a group. Settle it between yourselves.
Everyone playing must be on the booking. Children play only with an adult present, on court or courtside.
Courts are not all identical
Some courts have less run-off behind or beside the baseline than others. Where that is true it is noted on the court itself when you book. Take it into account for fast, deep play or for any session with a lot of movement.
Safety
Tennis carries ordinary risks and you play at your own. You are responsible for your own fitness, equipment and belongings. Tell staff immediately about any damage, injury, wet patch or hazard — do not play around it.
If this is not followed, Pasig G2Play Tennis Park may end the session without a refund.
No-Refund Policy
Bookings are non-refundable
Once a payment is confirmed, it is not refunded — including for cancellations, no-shows and late arrivals. Court time is held exclusively for you from the moment it is booked, which is why it cannot be released back.
Cancelling still matters
You can cancel at any time, and doing so at least 24 hours ahead frees the court for another player. It does not return the payment, but it is the difference between a court someone else can use and one that sits empty.
Sessions we cancel
If G2Play Sports cancels a session — closure, weather, or too few players — you are offered a credit or a full refund. That is our cancellation, not yours.
Something gone wrong
If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or something else went wrong on our side, contact g2play.sports@gmail.com with your reference and we will put it right.
Privacy Notice
Who is responsible for your data
G2Play Sports, 18 Alfonso, Pasig, 1609 Metro Manila.
We are the personal information controller for the data described here. Questions, requests and complaints go to g2play.sports@gmail.com.
What we collect
Your name, email address and mobile number. Optionally a profile photo, date of birth or age group, gender, skill class, and — for players under 18 — a parent or guardian's name and contact details and an emergency contact. We also keep your bookings, attendance, payments and payment receipts, match results and rating, and messages you send us through the site.
Why we collect it, and on what basis
Most of it is needed to give you what you booked: to hold a court, confirm a payment, let you in on the day, and contact you if a session changes. Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) this processing is necessary to perform our contract with you, so it does not rely on your consent — but you do have to give us the information for us to provide the service.
Some processing does rest on your consent, and you choose separately: marketing emails about sessions and offers, and showing your name and rating publicly on the leaderboard.
We keep records of payments because we are legally required to.
Who sees it
Venue staff, for running the venue. Our service providers, only to do a job for us and only under contract: our web host, our email provider, and our payment provider. Your display name, rating and results appear on the public leaderboard if you have taken part in eligible matches. Your player profile and verified results are shared with FlashCourt, which provides the player identity and rating behind this site. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Your account and playing history for as long as your account is open, and for up to two years after it closes. Financial records for ten years, as tax and accounting rules require. Messages for two years.
Your rights under the Data Privacy Act
You have the right to be informed about how your data is used; to access a copy of it; to correct anything inaccurate; to object to processing, including marketing; to have data erased or blocked where the law allows; to data portability; to be told if a breach puts you at risk; and to claim damages for a violation of your rights.
To use any of these, write to g2play.sports@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
Marketing
We only send marketing emails if you have opted in. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and you can turn it off at any time in your account. Booking confirmations, payment receipts, reminders and cancellations are not marketing — they are part of the service, and you get them regardless.
Security
Access is limited to staff who need it. Payment credentials are stored encrypted. Receipts you upload are kept in a non-public location. If a breach ever puts your rights at serious risk, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission as the Act requires.
Children
A player under 18 needs a parent or guardian's consent, and we collect that guardian's name and contact details along with an emergency contact.
Changes
If we change this notice we will post the new version here and, for anything significant, tell you by email.
