G2PLAY SPORTS BOOKING POLICY

This Booking Policy applies to court rentals, Open Play sessions, clinics, training programs, events, and other activities booked through G2Play Sports.

By creating a player account, making a booking, participating in an activity, or entering the playing area, the customer and participating guests agree to comply with the applicable G2Play Sports policies, rules, waivers, and facility guidelines.

1. Player Account and Booking Eligibility

Online bookings may be made by anyone with a registered G2Play Sports player account.

A valid player profile must include:

• A verified email address; and
• A valid mobile number.

A booking is considered a commitment to use the court, program, or activity for the selected date and time.

Players are responsible for keeping the information in their profiles accurate and updated.

2. Waiver and Assumption of Risk

Before completing registration and participating in activities at G2Play Sports, players must read and accept the applicable Participation Waiver, Release and Assumption of Risk.

Walk-in participants who are assisted by G2Play personnel in booking a court, Open Play session, clinic, or other activity must complete the required waiver before participating.

For minors, the required waiver and consent must be completed or acknowledged by a parent or legal guardian where applicable.

3. Booking Period

The booking calendar is opened one month at a time.

Players may reserve any available schedule within the currently open booking month, subject to availability.

Availability shown on the booking calendar is on a first-booked, first-served basis.

4. Booking Duration

The online booking system permits court rentals of one (1) to two (2) hours per booking transaction.

A player account may make multiple bookings in one day, provided the desired schedules remain available.

5. Temporary Booking Hold

When a customer selects a schedule, the system temporarily holds the slot for approximately ten (10) minutes while payment is being completed.

The required proof of payment must be uploaded within the hold period.

If payment proof is not uploaded within the allotted time, the hold automatically expires and the schedule is returned to the booking calendar.

An expired hold is not considered a confirmed booking. No penalty is imposed on the customer, and the schedule may simply be booked again if it remains available.

If a customer has paid and failed to upload the receipt on time, customer may email g2play.sports@gmail.com uploading the payment receipt as well as the preferred schedule for clinic/court rental/game level. If for that month, there are no more available slots, G2Play will offer schedules available the next month.

6. Payment

Payments may be made through the following methods:

• GCash;
• Bank transfer; and
• Cash payment at the facility where permitted.

Payment instructions will be provided during the booking process.

Sales invoices will be issued at the site.

7. Payment Verification and Booking Confirmation

Online proof of payment is manually verified by G2Play personnel.

Regular verification hours are generally 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Payments submitted outside verification hours may remain pending until personnel are available to review them.

A booking should not be considered fully confirmed until its status has been updated to Confirmed or the customer receives the applicable booking confirmation.

Payment reference should be dated at most 24 hours at the date of booking

The venue will entertain claims of excess payment but may need significant time for verification and processing before the actual amount is returned to the player. Excess payment will not be considered as credits for future bookings. G2Play encourages players to send exact payment at all times.

8. Booking for Another Person

A registered player may book a court on behalf of another person.

The person who will actually use the booking must be correctly identified in the booking record so G2Play personnel know whom to expect at the facility.

All participants remain subject to G2Play Sports' waivers, rules, and facility policies.

9. Transferring a Booking

A customer may allow another person to use a confirmed court booking.

Before the scheduled time, the booking holder should update the booking information on the website to identify the person who will actually use the court.

Transfer of a booking does not change the original date or time and does not create a right to a refund or rescheduling.

The replacement player must comply with all applicable G2Play policies and waiver requirements.

10. Walk-In Bookings

Walk-in bookings are permitted when courts or program slots are available.

Walk-in customers should approach the reception desk, where G2Play personnel can assist with booking, payment, registration, and waiver requirements.

Walk-ins are not accepted from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Advance booking is strongly recommended for late-night and early-morning schedules.

11. Arrival and Check-In

Players are encouraged to arrive approximately 15 minutes before their scheduled court time.

Upon arrival, players should check in at the reception area and make their presence known to G2Play personnel.

Personnel will confirm the assigned court and provide any necessary instructions.

Late arrival does not extend the scheduled clinics / booked hours / games.

12. Facility Access

G2Play personnel may maintain a list of players and guests expected for the day.

Only registered players, authorized guests, spectators, coaches, trainers, or other persons permitted by G2Play may enter restricted areas of the facility.

This policy is intended to help maintain security and prevent unauthorized persons from entering the premises.

13. Late Arrival

Court rental time begins and ends according to the confirmed booking schedule.

Late arrival does not extend the reserved court time.

For Open Plays, clinics, games, and other organized sessions, late participants must join the existing rotation or program format. The session will not be restarted or reorganized solely because of a late arrival.

14. No-Show

If a customer does not arrive, the court will remain reserved for that booking until the scheduled end time unless G2Play determines otherwise for operational or safety reasons.

The unused time is not refundable.

15. Warm-Up Time

Any warm-up performed on the reserved court is considered part of the customer's booked court time.

Additional warm-up time is not automatically provided before or after the reservation.

16. Extending a Court Booking

A session may be extended only when all of the following holds true:

• The next court schedule is still available;
• Authorized G2Play personnel approve the extension; and
• Any additional applicable fees are settled.

Players should not continue beyond their booked time without authorization even if the court appears vacant.

17. Level-Based Open Plays and Programs

Some G2Play activities are restricted according to playing ability or skill classification.

The booking calendar or program description will indicate the level appropriate for a particular session.

Players are responsible for reviewing the published level requirements before booking.

If unsure, players are encouraged to consult a qualified coach or ask G2Play for guidance before registering.

G2Play may observe or assess a player's playing level and may recommend that the player participate in a more suitable session.

Registration for an inappropriate skill level does not automatically qualify the player for a refund.

Where appropriate and subject to availability, G2Play may offer transfer to another suitable session.

Repeatedly registering for an unsuitable level may result in temporary restrictions from booking that level until the player's classification is reassessed if other players have requested to address this issue.

Players should not intentionally register for a lower playing level to gain an unfair competitive advantage.

Level classifications are intended to create fairer matches, better rallies, appropriate pacing, and a more enjoyable playing experience.

18. Operating Hours

G2Play Sports may operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, subject to scheduled maintenance, facility closures, special events, or other operational requirements.

Walk-ins are not permitted from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Customers planning to play during these hours should secure and settle their booking in advance.

19. Cancellation and Refunds

Confirmed bookings are subject to the separate G2Play Sports Cancellation and No-Refund Policy.

Customers are encouraged to review the policy carefully before completing payment.

20. Changes to Bookings and Facility Operations

G2Play Sports may make reasonable operational changes when required for safety, maintenance, security, emergencies, tournaments, private events, or circumstances affecting use of the facility.
Where such changes affect a confirmed customer's booking, G2Play will apply the remedies stated in its Cancellation and No-Refund Policy and applicable law.

G2PLAY SPORTS COURT & FACILITY POLICY

These rules are intended to keep G2Play Sports safe, orderly, clean, secure, and enjoyable for players, guests, spectators, coaches, and staff.

All persons entering the facility are expected to observe these rules.

1. Court Rental Inclusions

A standard court rental includes:

• Use of the assigned tennis court for the confirmed period;
• Up to four (4) participants; and
• Court lighting where required.

Tennis balls are not included with regular court rentals.

2. Court Attendant / Ball Boy Service

For court rentals and activities scheduled from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, G2Play requires a Court Attendant / Ball Boy to be assigned to the court.

The applicable service fee will be included in the total amount due.

Court rentals outside these hours will not normally be charged the Court Attendant / Ball Boy fee unless otherwise stated.

The requirement cannot ordinarily be waived by the customer during applicable hours.

If a Court Attendant / Ball Boy fee was charged but G2Play confirms that no attendant was provided during the applicable court session, the corresponding attendant fee will be refundable.

3. Number of Players

Four (4) participants are included in the standard court rental fee.

Additional participants may be permitted at an additional charge of:
₱50 per person, per hour, in excess of four participants, unless a different published rate applies.

The names of additional players should be properly registered or declared.

For clinics, Open Plays, games, training programs, and organized activities, the maximum number of participants will be stated in the applicable program details.

4. Court Capacity and Safety

Organizers may arrange group activities involving more than four participants, subject to payment of applicable fees and G2Play's approval.

The number of persons using a court must remain reasonable for the type of activity being conducted.

G2Play may limit the number of players or persons on or around a court when necessary for:

• Player safety;
• Orderly play;
• Protection of the court surface or equipment;
• Avoiding interference with neighboring courts; or
• Compliance with facility or safety requirements.

Participants must show reasonable courtesy toward players using adjoining courts.

5. Rackets and Tennis Balls

Players should normally bring their own tennis rackets and balls for private court rentals.

A limited number of rackets may be available for rent or use, particularly for beginners participating in clinics or instructional programs.

Tennis balls are ordinarily provided for G2Play-organized Open Plays, clinics, and similar programs.

Balls are not included in ordinary court rentals, although new cans of tennis balls may be available for purchase at the facility.

6. Court Time

Court time begins and ends at the times stated in the confirmed booking.

Players who arrive late will still be required to finish at the scheduled ending time.

Extensions are permitted only when the next schedule remains available and authorized G2Play personnel approve the extension.

7. Footwear

Only clean, non-marking tennis shoes or appropriate court shoes suitable for hard courts are permitted on the playing surface.

The following may be refused:

• Cleats or spikes;
• Trail shoes with aggressive tread;
• Boots;
• Sandals or slippers;
• Dirty or muddy footwear;
• Shoes containing stones or debris in the soles;
• Marking soles; and
• Other footwear that may damage the court or create a safety risk.

Running shoes not designed for court movement may also be discouraged or prohibited where management considers them unsafe or unsuitable.

G2Play Sports reserves the right to refuse footwear that may damage the playing surface or create an unreasonable safety risk.

8. Tennis and Athletic Attire

Appropriate athletic or tennis attire should be worn on court.
Suitable clothing includes:

• Athletic shirts or sports tops;
• Shorts;
• Skirts or skorts;
• Leggings; and
• Other clothing designed for safe athletic movement.

Jeans, formal clothing, highly restrictive clothing, and other attire unsuitable for sports activity may not be worn on court.

Clothing displaying offensive or inappropriate words or images is not permitted.

G2Play may refuse court access where attire presents a safety concern or is clearly inappropriate for the activity.

9. Food and Drinks

To protect the court surface and maintain a clean and safe playing environment:

• Water and sports drinks should be kept in secure, spill-resistant containers.
• Food and snacks must be consumed outside the playing area.
• Glass bottles and breakable containers are prohibited on and immediately beside the courts.
• Alcoholic beverages are prohibited within the court area.
• Drinks must not be placed where they may spill and create a slipping hazard.
• Players must dispose of bottles, wrappers, cups, and other waste properly.
• Players and guests should clean their area before leaving.

10. Smoking and Vaping

Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the G2Play Sports facility.

11. Spectators

Friends and family members of participants may be permitted to watch from designated sidelines or viewing areas.

Spectators must:

• Avoid interfering with play;
• Remain clear of active playing areas;
• Follow staff instructions;
• Keep noise at a reasonable level; and
• Observe all facility rules.

12. Children and Minors

Children participating in scheduled G2Play programs may enter the playing area during their designated sessions.

Small children who are not participating in an activity must remain in the designated waiting or spectator area and be properly supervised by a responsible adult.

Teenagers may participate in appropriate Open Plays and activities subject to program eligibility, skill requirements, applicable waiver requirements, and responsible behavior.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for minors under their supervision while at the facility, except to the extent otherwise required by law.

13. Coaches and Trainers

Players renting a court may bring a coach or trainer.

For purposes of the four-person court rental allowance, a coach or trainer who enters the court and participates in the session is counted as one of the participants.

Outside coaches are permitted as guests of the booking customer, subject to G2Play rules and any applicable facility requirements.

Permission for an outside coach to enter the premises should not be interpreted as an endorsement, employment relationship, or accreditation of that coach by G2Play Sports.

For Open Plays, a coach who intends to participate in the games must register and book a participant slot in the same manner as other players.

14. Pets

Pets are not permitted inside the active tennis court playing area.

Where designated pet-friendly or waiting areas are available:

• Pets must remain on a leash, in a carrier, or otherwise under the owner's effective control.
• Owners must immediately clean up after their pets.
• Aggressive, excessively noisy, disruptive, or uncontrolled animals may be required to leave.
• Owners are responsible for preventing pets from damaging court surfaces, nets, furniture, equipment, or other property.

Service animals assisting persons with disabilities will be accommodated in accordance with applicable rules and requirements.

15. Speakers and Music

Personal speakers are not permitted inside the facility during ordinary court use.

Players may listen to personal audio using headphones or earphones, provided doing so does not create a safety risk or interfere with play.

Private-event organizers who have reserved all relevant playing areas may request permission to use speakers, subject to management approval.

Facility speakers are primarily intended for official announcements and operational use.

16. Personal Belongings

Players and guests are responsible for safeguarding their own belongings, including:

• Tennis rackets;
• Bags;
• Mobile phones;
• Wallets;
• Jewelry;
• Clothing; and
• Other personal property.

Players should not leave valuable items unattended.

17. Damage to Facility Property

Players and guests must use the courts, nets, benches, equipment, furniture, fixtures, and other property responsibly.

Persons may be held responsible, subject to applicable law, for loss or damage they intentionally or recklessly cause to G2Play Sports property.

18. Injuries and Emergencies

Tennis and other sporting activities involve inherent risks of injury.

If a participant suffers an injury requiring urgent assistance and is unable to make decisions for themselves, G2Play personnel may provide reasonable first aid, contact the participant's emergency contact, and/or contact emergency medical services as circumstances reasonably require.

G2Play does not guarantee that a doctor, nurse, paramedic, or other medical professional will be present at the facility at all times.

Medical, hospital, ambulance, medication, and related expenses remain the responsibility of the participant or responsible party.

19. Conduct and Courtesy

Players, spectators, coaches, guests, and organizers must behave respectfully toward:

• Other players;
• G2Play employees and personnel;
• Coaches and court attendants;
• Spectators; and
• Other facility users.

Behavior that threatens safety, damages property, substantially disrupts other games, or interferes with facility operations may result in removal from the playing area or facility.

20. Compliance With Staff Instructions

Customers and guests must follow reasonable instructions given by authorized G2Play personnel regarding:

• Court assignments;
• Safety;
• Security;
• Scheduling;
• Facility access;
• Court maintenance;
• Player conduct; and
• Emergency procedures.

G2Play Sports may temporarily restrict use of a court or area when reasonably necessary for safety, maintenance, security, or facility operations.

G2PLAY SPORTS CANCELLATION & NO-REFUND POLICY

Please review this policy carefully before completing a booking.
A confirmed reservation removes a court or participant slot from availability and prevents other customers from booking that same schedule. For this reason, confirmed bookings are generally non-refundable when the cancellation or inability to attend originates from the customer, subject to applicable law.

1. When a Booking Becomes Non-Refundable

Once payment has been verified and the booking is confirmed, the reservation becomes subject to this No-Refund Policy.

Customer cancellations do not ordinarily qualify for a refund.

2. Customer Cancellation

Customers may cancel a confirmed booking, but cancellation does not entitle the customer to a refund.

This applies to reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of plans;
• Scheduling conflicts;
• Personal emergencies;
• Failure of other members of the customer's group to attend;
• Transportation difficulties;
• Deciding not to play;
• Booking the wrong date or time; or
• Other circumstances personal to the customer.

Any rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

3. Why Confirmed Bookings Are Non-Refundable

When G2Play confirms a reservation, the selected court or program slot is removed from the booking calendar and made unavailable to other customers.

Other players may:

• Choose another court;
• Reserve a different time;
• Change their schedules; or
• Decide not to book because the desired schedule appears unavailable.

If the confirmed customer later cancels, G2Play may no longer have a reasonable opportunity to rebook that time.

This may result in both an unused court and lost revenue.

For this reason, customers are asked to book only when reasonably certain that they can attend.

4. No-Shows

Failure to appear for a confirmed booking does not qualify for a refund.

For a private court rental, the reserved court will ordinarily remain allocated to the customer until the scheduled booking ends.

Unused time caused by a no-show is not credited or carried forward.

5. Late Arrival

Late arrival does not qualify for a refund, credit, extension, or reduction of the booking fee.

The reservation will still end at its originally scheduled time.

For Open Plays, clinics, games, and other organized sessions, late players must join the existing rotation or session structure.

6. Incorrect Skill-Level Registration

Registering for the wrong Open Play, clinic, or program level does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund.

Players are responsible for reviewing the published level requirements before booking.

Where possible, G2Play may recommend or offer transfer to another appropriate session, but any transfer:

• Is subject to availability;
• May be subject to applicable price differences;
• Is not guaranteed; and
• Does not create a general right to reschedule.

7. Transfer of a Booking to Another Player

Instead of cancelling a private court reservation, a customer may allow another eligible person to use the booking.

The booking information should be updated before the scheduled time to identify the person who will actually attend.

Transfer does not change the booking's original date or time.

The replacement player must comply with all applicable G2Play registration, waiver, facility, and participation requirements.

8. Expired Ten-Minute Payment Holds

An expired temporary booking hold is not considered a cancellation of a confirmed booking.

If the required proof of payment is not uploaded within the system's approximately ten-minute hold period, the schedule is automatically returned to availability.

Nothing is charged or held against the customer solely because the temporary hold expired.

The customer may attempt to book the schedule again if it remains available.

9. Venue Cancellation

If G2Play Sports is unable to provide the confirmed court, Open Play, clinic, program, or activity and cancels the booking because the facility cannot reasonably be used, affected customers will be entitled to the appropriate remedy.

Examples may include:

• Court maintenance or unsafe court conditions;
• Power failure preventing reasonable use of the facility;
• Weather or rain conditions making the playing area unusable;
• Facility closure;
• Equipment or building conditions that make play unsafe; or
• Another operational, safety, or venue-related circumstance requiring G2Play to cancel the booking.

Where G2Play cancels the confirmed session before it can be provided, the affected customer will generally receive a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled booking, subject to applicable law.

Where appropriate, G2Play may also offer an alternative schedule or account credit, but the customer will not be required to accept an alternative in place of a refund where a refund is otherwise due.

10. Court Attendant / Ball Boy Fee

For bookings during hours when the Court Attendant / Ball Boy service is required, the applicable fee forms part of the amount due.

If the fee was charged and G2Play confirms that no Court Attendant / Ball Boy was actually provided for the applicable session, the corresponding service fee will be refunded.

This does not automatically make the entire court rental refundable if the court itself was provided and used.

11. Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, G2Play may request the customer's:

• GCash details;
• Bank account information; or
• Other information reasonably required to process the refund.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied is complete and accurate.

Where practicable, refunds may be returned through the original payment method.

Actual posting or crediting times may depend on the customer's bank, e-wallet provider, payment processor, or other financial institution.

12. No Automatic Rescheduling

Unless specifically stated in the description of a particular program or booking, customer cancellation does not automatically entitle the customer to:

• Rescheduling;
• Account credit;
• Replacement court time; or
• Transfer to another activity.

Any accommodation voluntarily offered by G2Play in an individual situation is discretionary and does not create an obligation to provide the same accommodation for other bookings.

13. Applicable Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any customer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived or excluded under applicable Philippine law.
Where a mandatory legal requirement conflicts with this policy, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.

DATA PRIVACY NOTICE

G2Play Sports collects information thru booking request forms from potential participants of the G2Play Sports activities such as full name, age, profile, sex, and e-mail address.

We collect, use and/or process the information through the registration forms. The collected information will be utilized as basis for your registration to participate in the requested G2Play activities. The information will be used for record and monitoring purposes, as well as feedback mechanism.

Optionally a profile photo, date of birth or age group, gender, skill class. While for players under 18, a parent or guardian's name and contact details and an emergency contact are all required. We also keep your bookings, attendance, payments and payment receipts, match results and rating, and messages you send us through the site.

Who sees it

Venue manager. Our service providers, only to do a job for us and only under contract: our web host, our email provider, and our payment provider. Your display name, rating and results appear on the public leaderboard if you have taken part in eligible matches.

Your player profile (your given handle ) and verified results are shared with FlashCourt, which provides the player identity and rating behind this site. We do not sell your personal data to anyone. You may contact the web host at viaflashcourt@gmail.com

How long we keep it

Your account and playing history for as long as your account is open, and for up to two years after it closes. Financial records for ten years, as tax and accounting rules require. Messages for two years.

The collected information will not be shared by G2Play with external parties unless users indicated that some personal information may be shared in the leaderboards managed by our web host, Flashcourt. Only authorized G2Play personnel are granted access to personal information. Personal information collected through these registration/attendance forms are kept in a restricted Google Drive. We use reasonable security safeguards to protect information from loss, unauthorized access, use or disclosure.  

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, data subject refers to an individual whose personal information is collected and processed. We are bound to observe and respect your privacy rights, including your right to information, right to access, right to correct, right to remove, right to damages and right to data portability. 

By indicating and submitting your personal information in this registration form, you authorize G2Play Sports to collect and store your personal information, for the period allowed under the applicable law and regulations, for the aforementioned purposes. You acknowledge that the collection and processing of your personal information is necessary for such purposes.

Moreover, by registering, you agree for G2Play Sports to record events you attend and use clips/photos of the event for marketing and promotions without any prior written authorization from you.

Photography and Social Media Disclaimer

G2Play Sports respects the privacy of all guests and participants. However, as a recreational venue, we cannot fully control or prevent other participants, guests, or spectators from taking photographs or videos during activities.

G2Play Sports is not responsible or liable for photographs, videos, or other content independently taken, posted, shared, or uploaded to social media or other platforms by participants, guests, spectators, or other third parties without the involvement or authorization of G2Play Sports.

Guests and participants are encouraged to respect the privacy of others and to ask permission before taking or sharing identifiable photographs or videos of another person, particularly minors.

You are aware of your rights under the Data Privacy Act, including the right to be informed, to access, to object, to erasure or blocking, to damages, to file a complaint, to rectify and to data portability, and understand that there are procedures, conditions and exceptions to be complied with in order to exercise or invoke such rights.

CCTV PRIVACY NOTICE

This facility is monitored by CCTV for the safety and security of our players, guests, employees and property. CCTV footage is processed in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGMENT, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & WAIVER

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION

I understand that participation in tennis and related physical activities is voluntary.
I acknowledge that tennis involves physical exertion and inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Slips, trips and falls;
• Muscle strains and sprains;
• Joint or ligament injuries;
• Collision with another player or court equipment;
• Being struck by a tennis ball or racket;
• Loss of balance;
• Heat, fatigue, dehydration or overexertion; and
• Other injuries normally associated with sporting activity.

I voluntarily choose to participate with knowledge of these risks.

1. FITNESS TO PARTICIPATE

I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in the activity.
I understand that G2Play Sports does not provide medical clearance or medical diagnosis and that it is my responsibility to obtain medical advice when appropriate before participating.
I agree to stop playing if I experience symptoms or circumstances that make continued participation unsafe.

2. ASSUMPTION OF ORDINARY SPORTING RISKS

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, I voluntarily assume the ordinary and inherent risks associated with playing tennis and participating in competitive Open Play.
I understand that G2Play cannot guarantee that an injury, accident or other incident will never occur.
Participation in the activity does not constitute a guarantee of safety.

3. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITY

I agree to exercise reasonable care while playing.
I accept responsibility for loss, injury or damage that I cause to another person or to G2Play property through my intentional, reckless or negligent conduct, to the extent provided by applicable law.
I agree to follow reasonable safety instructions issued by G2Play personnel.
G2Play reserves the right to stop my participation where my conduct creates a reasonable safety risk to myself or others.

4. ACTIONS OF OTHER PARTICIPANTS

I acknowledge that G2Play cannot completely control the actions, decisions, shots, movements or conduct of other players participating in an Open Play session.
I accept the ordinary risks arising from participation in a recreational competitive sporting activity with other participants.
This provision does not relieve G2Play from responsibilities that cannot legally be waived or excluded.

5. PERSONAL PROPERTY

Players are responsible for their own rackets, bags, mobile phones, wallets, jewelry, clothing and other personal belongings.
G2Play is not responsible for unattended, misplaced or forgotten personal property except to the extent responsibility is imposed by applicable law or the property has been expressly placed in G2Play's custody.
Players are encouraged not to bring unnecessary valuables onto the premises.

6. MEDICAL EMERGENCY

If I become injured or incapacitated during the activity, I authorize G2Play personnel to contact emergency medical services or my emergency contact when reasonably necessary.
I understand that G2Play personnel are not necessarily medical professionals.
Any medical or transportation expenses incurred will ordinarily be the participant's responsibility unless otherwise required by law.

7. LIMITATION OF WAIVER

This acknowledgment and waiver is intended to apply only to the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law.
Nothing in this document is intended to waive, release or exclude liability that Philippine law does not allow a business or person to waive, including liability arising from conduct for which a waiver would be contrary to law, public policy or applicable legal duties.

8. PLAYER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By registering, paying for, signing up for, or participating in this Competitive Open Play, I confirm that:
I have read and understood the rules and conditions of participation.
I understand that tennis involves inherent risks of injury.
I voluntarily agree to participate.
I agree to follow G2Play's safety, court and sportsmanship rules.
I understand the booking, cancellation and no-show conditions applicable to my reservation.
I understand that this waiver does not remove legal rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be waived.
